Returns & Refunds
At LuSkin, we want you to feel confident with your purchase. Due to the personal nature of skincare and cosmetic products, as well as hygiene and safety considerations, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your product arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at luskinshop@gmail.com.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review your request and assist you with an appropriate resolution when the claim is approved.
Please do not return any product without contacting us first.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, or products that have been opened or used.
Gift cards and final-sale items, if offered, are also non-returnable.
Refunds and Replacements
If a claim for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item is approved, we will provide the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
Order Cancellations
Orders may enter processing shortly after they are placed. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled or changed after it has been submitted.
